The reception area was very pretty and welcoming. The fact my young son had a single bed and not a pull out sofa. The complimentary cookie. The breakfast was very good, wide range to choose from.

Excellent breakfast, really good! Both English and continental breakfast. Convenient position very close to a overground station (just around the corner). Very nice borough and surrounding.

Room was scrupulously clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful, although they could not find my Hilton Hhonors number in their system, which was odd. However, they were friendly, gave directions when necessary. The area was convenient to public transportation with the Imperial Wharf overground station just steps away. The room was also very quiet. Taxis were available close by, as well. Restaurant was good for breakfast, and their other restaurant was good for small plates and drinks.

A hotel with a sustainability policy to reduce the consumption of natural resources. The hotel is excellent in all aspects. Beautiful environment, comfortable and clean rooms, with everything you need. Breakfast is great, you can find British, continental and healthy options, and a variety of coffees as well. The staff is really nice and helpful Bonus is the cre restaurant bar, with support to local produce. The area is great as well, next to Chelsea harbour and just two minutes off the London Overground

Rooms & facilities are as it is mentioned at website , spacious enough and maintained. Peaceful location. Staff were courteous and very helpful , I had requested early check-in though it is never guaranteed yet staff were able to accommodate this request. Breakfast buffet was full of variety , so it gave great start of the day. Convenience store, subway , bus stop are in vicinity , so no transport related issue .

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the place and rooms were nice and clean. the location was perfect with overground around the corner and Fulham road at Chelsea stadium in walking distance for kids 4 and up👌🏼 Tesco, two restaurants and Gambada indoor play area around the corner! would definitely come again! the rooms were a really good size - twin bedroom.

The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good size for a family room and shower was excellent! Liked the Crabtree and Evelyn shower/soap/ lotion etc that was a nice touch. Much more eco friendly than giving out the small bottles. Staff were friendly and courteous when we asked for some extra tea bags and milk. They even brought them up to the room for us which was really helpful of them to save us going back down again. Free cookies on arrival, these were lovely. And storage for luggage before we checked in so we could dump our bags and go explore. The tube station is a bit of a trek. But there was a train station ( overground) literally round the corner from hotel so we used that, as there were no strikes thankfully. At Breakfast there was a lot of choice and seemed good quality in my opinion.
